WAGES AND CONDITIONS (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Intention to oppose the licensing of transport services where it is known that operators have failed to restore wages to the 1931 level or are neglecting to observe award conditions of employment was announced this morning by Mr. C. Lindsay, secretary of the Auckland Drivers' Union. He said he had received a number of complaints that, wages had not been restored in compliance with the Finance Act, particularly in country districts.
