With reference to the Prime Minister's undertaking .to discuss the Government's defence plans privately with; a deputation of representatives of the principal parties in the House of Commons, including Mr. Winston Churchill, who has taken a prominent part in criticism of the Government's plans, and the Leader of the Labour Opposition, Mr. C. R. Attlee, news* papers anticipate that the House of Lords will also be represented at tha interview, the arrangements for whic' are proceeding.
