During the weekend the Worser Bay Yacht Club sailed races for the Monkhouse Cup and to select the club representatives in the provincial Idle Along championships. Saturday s race for the cup was won by the Spitfire, while the two Sunday trials were both won by the Antoinette, the Elvme and Spitfire being the two others selected. | The finishing times m the Monkhouse ] Cup rfice were: — Start 3 p.m. Spitfire (R. Kerr, 2min), 4h 53m 2s . 1 Elvine (R. Swanson, scr), 4h 55m 2s l Nahlin (J. Young, Jmin), 4h 55m 50s 3 Also started: Minx) Antoinette, Valkyrie, Gipsy, Matetu, Bonny Jean, and Dora, which retired.
