STRATHMORE PARK
GOLF CLUB DANCE
The Strathmore Park Golf Club held its second annual dance >at the Taia Hall, Kilbirnie, last evening, when the large assemblage of golfers and their friends present thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The subdued lighting and colourful effect of the many beautiful frocks worn helped to make the scene a festive one. Upstairs a savoury supper was served, the tables looking most attractive with decorations of Iceland poppies and greenery.
A feature of the evening was the tap dancing by little Judy Cooper, who later was presented with a box of chocolates. \
