DUNEDIN, September 15.
A letter was ■ received from the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company at a meeting of the Otago University Council today forwarding a cheque for £2043 3s 7d, representing the balance of a bequest by Dr. Colquj. ~.„ *,—v incr vv-ith interest totalling £43 5s 7d.
. ... Chancellor, 'Mr. W. J. Morrell, said that this sum made a total of over £8000 which had been received from the estate of Dr. Colquhoun. His name would go down not merely as one of their best-known physicians, but also' as a great and generous benefactor of Otago University.
