The Glee Choir received hearty applause for their songs "Duske" and "Cease Foolish Rosebud" and Miss Hitchings for her solos. Mrs.' Taplin -" gave the thought for the month, "Give to the world the best you have, and the best will come back to you." It was decided that the next meeting would be a "Father's Even-, ing." r ' \ The president introduced the speak-] er, Dr. Beeby, who gave an interesting questionnaire on the education of the child. His questions and answers gave parents much food for thought on this all-important and much-discussed topic of today. Intense interest was shown throughout his talk, and he was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. Afternoon tea and a social chat followed.
