RECEIVING CHARGES
* Charged with receiving 37 packets of cigarettes, of a total value of 19s, Clarence Leopold Tolley, a % motor driver, aged 22, appeared before Mr. Raymond Ferner, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. Detective-Ser-geant L. B. Revell said that the accused was arrested, last night by Detective Tripney, and that; there were several other charges to be -brought--against, him. He was remanded to .appear on September 2,1
