ASSOCIATION
INTEREST IN THIRD TEPT
In spite of the adverse score against New Zealand in the second Association football Test last. Saturday, said Mr. J. M. Coleman at last night's meeting of the management committee of the Wellington Football Association, the special football train to be run to Auckland for the third Test next Saturday was being so well patronised that early application for seats was advisable.
The meeting decided that the Wellington Chatham Cup final will be played on the Basin Reserve on Saturday week, July 25, on which day championship games will be played also.
The transfer was approved of C. McNaughtou from Scottish Wanderers to Institute Old Boys and of F. J. Atkinson from Waterside First A to Second A.
Permission was granted the Wellington Technical College to play the Wanganui Technical College tomorrow at Wanganui.
Marist and Technical 0.8. are to replay a Second B Division match at the end of the season if necessary- Not all the Marist players attended the original game because of an error in the fixtures.
