CARGO INSURANCES

LLOYD'S REDUCTION

WAR RISK PREMIUMS

(Received July 16, 9 ajn.) % LONDON, July 15.

Lloyd's have reduced their war risk premiums in view of the diminishing tension. Rates in the Mediterranean, 2s per cent, on cargo, have been reduced to 6d per cent. This is considered to be the first step to inclusion of war risks as a normal part of marine policies at normal rates.
