A TERROR LIFTS
Sentence of ten years' penal servitude was passed in Dublin recently on a man of whom it was said people in his locality lived in constant terror. He was Denis Lucy, aged 30, farm labourer, of Bawnmore, Macroom, County Cork, and he pleaded guilty to wounding a 14-year-old girl with intent to do her bodily harm It was stated that when two girls were passing his house, Lucy rushed out with a razor and slashed one on the neck.
