OFFENCE IN 1913
SUSPECT ARRESTED

ASHBURTONrThis Day.
An offence committed nearly 23 years ago. at Wirislow had a sequel on Satuiday in the arrest of a.suspect. The accused, Albert Sims, aged-59, a gardener, appeared this' morning in court charged with attempted- rape on November 29, 1913. r y■■■■'■■ '\.:-. :-,.;:
In asking for a remand, the police stated that the accused^went to America immediately after, ttie alleged offence and had just retixrned." He was remanded in custody till Friday.
