COMPULSORY DECORATIONS

' LONDON, July 10. The representative of the Australian Associated Press agency at Berlin reports that the renovation and decoration of the Berlin Town Hall for the Olympic Games'will be completed today.. Fifty-three flagpoles have been erected at the entrance, and each will bear a flag of a competing nation. The Lord Mayor has ordered all house owners on Thursday to see that the' facades of all' buildings in West Berlin, even in side streets, are decorated with swastika and Olympic flags and flowers and greenery, "in a manner w°rthy of Herr Hitler's Germany."
