N.S.W. BOWLERS

COUNTRY TRIP TODAY

With the object of enabling the visiting New South Wales bowlers to sea something of the beauties of "the Wellington district, the Wellington Bowling Centre arranged for a tour to Waikanae, through Akatarawa, and the Hutt Valley today. Approximately fifty bowlers and their wives left the city at 10.30 a.m. for the trip and they expect to return at 5 p.m.

Last evening members ol the Wellington Bowling Centre were the guests of the visitors at the Grand Hotel, where, after dinner, the president o£ the New South Wales Bowling Association (Mr. T. W. Heath) expressed the team's appreciation of the hospitality accorded them.

The visitors leave Wellington for Palmerston North tomorrow morning.
