United Press Association—By Electric Tele- ' graph —Copyright. ; PARIS, January 17. M. Edouard Herriot, Minister without portfolio and iformer president of the Radical-Socialist Party, has decided to resign from the Government on Saturday.

Other Radical-Socialist members of Cabinet have not yet decided whether to follow him.

The Prime Minister, M. Laval, states that if they do he will himself resign the Premiership, but that whatever happened, he would proceed to Geneva for next week's League Council meetings.
