RUGBY, December 10.
My. Anthony Eden, Minister for League of Nations Affairs, will proceed to Geneva tomorrow as the principal British delegate at the meeting on Thursday of the Committee of Eighteen of the League, which has been summoned to consider the question of the application of further sanctions against Italy.
