BYLAW BREACHES

Many traffic offenders were dealt with by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today.

For parking on a tram stop, Ethel Ida Birch was fined 10s and costs and James Bennie 5s and costs; James Leonard Climie was fined 10s and costs for parking more than 12in from the kerb; Strachan Agnew Goldingham was fined 5s and costs for parking within fifteen feet of a building line; and Henry Scaife was fined 10s and costs for parking over the time limit.

For driving without licences Douglas Fraser Kennedy, Albert William Lark, Stanley Hubert Powell, and Albert Edward Carpenter Were each fined 10s and costs. Powell was also convicted and discharged for driving without a tail-light.

Joseph William Cooper was fined 5s and-costs for proceeding against oneway traffic.

Robert Alexander' Martin was fined 20s and costs for negligent driving, and ss, without costs, for having only one number-plate.
