NEW YORK, December 8.
, After a second day of bitter Parliamentary tactics, the American Athletic Union voted 61 to 55 in favour of full American participation in the Olympic Games to be held at Berlin next year,' and then, by an equally narrow margin, voted down a resolution to authorise a committee further to investigate conditions under which the Nazi Government will manage the Games and what discrimination, if any, will be practised against Jews and Roman Catholics.
