END OF NOVEMBER?
LONDON, October 8,
The "Daily Mail's" political correspondent suggests that a provisional date may be fixed for the General Election at today's Cabinet meeting. He adds that it may be taken for granted that unless the international tension has increased there will be a General Election at the end of November, which most members of Cabinet favour.
