The Colonial Light Dues Bill, introduced into the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon by Gover-nor-General's .Message, authorises the collection in New Zealand, on behalf of his Majesty's Government in -the United Kingdom, of colonial- light dues. The dues are to be paid in the currency of the United Kingdom or its equivalent in New Zealand currency. .
