WIN FOR BLOMFIELD

AUCKLAND, October 8.
In a special challenge wrestling match, "Lofty" Blomfield, 16st 71b, defeated Sam Burmister, 15st 51b by two falls to one in a contest productive of solid and interesting wrestling.
Although Burmister did most of the attacking and had the New Zeslander in difficulties with a wide variety of holds, it appeared that Blomfleld had the measure of his opponents being content to counter holds for the most part and wait until he trapped Burmister into errors.
