NATIONAL CANDIDATE

AUCKLAND, October 7. Mr. W.,A. Bishop, chairman of the Waitemata County Council, has been selected as the National Political Federation candidate for the Auckland Suburbs seat. Mr. H. G. R. Mason (Labour) is the sitting member. LABOUR'S ELECTION POLICY. An address will be delivered in the Masonic .Hall, Island Bay, this evening
by Mr. Walter Nash, M.P. for Hutt, president of the New Zealand Labour Party. He will speak on "Labour's Election Policy." Mr. R. McKeen, M.P. for Wellington South, will preside.
