DOCKERS' INSTRUCTIONS

The Paris correspondent of the -"Manchester Guardian" says th&t the Dockers' Union has instructed its members to refuse to load vessels for-Italy, especially if the cargoes are likely"l 6 be valuable for military purposes. This may apply to foodstuffs.
