ROME, October 7. The Italian forces in East Africa when the campaign opened were 200,000 soldiers, 350 aeroplanes, and between 200 and 300 tanks, nearly all on the northern front. These troops are being continually reinforced. The concentration in the north exceeds 150 000 Six divisions are now. being formed' each of 36,000 men. The air force expects to have 800 aeroplanes by Christmas.
