The- first Spring -Meeting to be held by. the, Manawatu Trotting Club will take place at Awapuni on Labour Day (October 28), and nominations for the meeting fall due on Friday evening next. The1 fixture- will pave the way for the Wellington Trotting Club's New Zealand Cup Trial Meeting at Hutt Park the following Saturday.
