PIPE BAND CONTEST

WANGANUI ARRANGEMENTS

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WANGANUI, October 7. The executive of the New Zealand pipe bands contest has completed arrangements for the contest to be held at Wanganui on March 13 and 14, to be open to both grades, A and B. This will be the-first time a Dominion contest for both grades has been held. There is £300 prize-money in sight. Timaru holds the championship and Dunedin the selection test.
