GUILD DANCE
POST AND TELEGRAPH
An enjoyable dance was held recently by the Wellington District Committee of the Post and Telegraph Officers' Guild, this being the last party for this season. The guests oX honour were Mr. G. McNamara, C.B.E, and Mrs. McNamara, the latter wearing an artistic frock of black Chantilly lace and net, the coatee being finished with ostrich trimming.
There was a wealth oi' brilliant poppies very charmingly arranged, as decorations in the supper room, and the sit-down supper, which was excellent, was much appreciated by the large assemblage of guests. Those responsible for the decorations were Mesdames Bollons, Steelc, Hopkins,'and Alan Crawford. The members of the dance committee were Messrs. A. A. Bollons, A. Hopkins, and Alan Crawford, who were congratulated on the success of the dance. There were marly of the leading officials and a large gathering of. friends present. Pretty frocks, were worn, and there was a good orchestra.
