.Francis Patrick Mulligan, a labourer, •aged 40, was fined 10s and costs by Mr! B. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today,- lor drunkenness. It was his second offence, and default was fixed at forty-eight hours' imprisonment. •.William'John O'Shea, a miner, aged 38, was fined £2, in default fourteen days' imprisonment, for using obscene language, and was convicted and discharged for resisting arrest.
