Based on the famous novd, "Pigboats," by Commander Edward Ellsberg, 'the picture unfolds a stirring romance amid the thrills of submarine fighting, torpedoing of destroyers, the destruction of an armed Italian town, and other spectacular incidents. Laurel and Hardy in "Pack Up Your Troubles" will be the second attraction.
