HEMP AND TOW.
The chief hemp grader (Mr. W. Petrie) reports that 1351 bales of hemp were graded at the ports of the Dominion last month, as against 1159 in September, 1934, an increase of 192 bales. Tow gradings amounted to 330 bales, a decrease of 24.
