ELECTORAL REFORM
(To the Editor.) Sir,—All who have' the welfare of the State at heart' would be pleased to see your article on the above-sub-ject in Thursday's "Post." It is certainly encouraging to learn that the Government is at last seriously considering the matter and your paper is to be congratulated on having brought it to the notice of the public. A series of articles on the subject would do much to ensure the passage of a muchneeded Electoral Reform Act this session.—l am, etc., HOPEFUL. ,
