("Times" Cable.) , LONDON, May 2. The Queen mingled with the dense Jubilee crowds in the West End, her car slowly threading a way through the congested streets for ninety minutes while she viewed the decorations.
Shopping crowds everywhere greeted her with enthusiasm, and she smilingly waved a response to the thunderous cheers.
