"THE BULLETIN"
Mr. S. G. Holland, of Christchurch, has given up -the .editorship of "The Bulletin," of'which he has made a remarkable, success, and "all associations areI'combining to make him a presentation'in recognition of the fact that he has- .accomplished .something really worth while for the game.
Incidentally, "The' Bulletin" recently to hand has some nice things to say of the Wellington Hockey Association in connection with the itinerary of the Indian team's tour. In 1926 the W.H.A. had June 3 for its match, which was a great, success financially and otherwise, and application 'was made, for the same" date this year. The date finally had to be allotted to' Canterbury, but "the Wellington" Association have taken it like the real good sports they are." Appreciation. is also expressedi of Wellington's'action in forwarding a cheque for the full purchase price of the match on June 1 long before payment was due. , -
