MESSAGE OF WELCOME
The Administrator of the Government has sent the following message of welcome to Viscount Galway:— In offering my cordial greetings on your close approach to the shores of this Dominion, may I express the . hope that you and Lady Galway and your family may be blessed with all happiness during your term of office.
