At yesterday's Wellington sale, sheepskins sold at late rates, with a hardening tendency in some cases. Hides were in good demand, heavies being very firm to a halfpenny dearer. Light-weight cows and yearlings were a farthing easier. A small offering of tallow saw an advance of 1/- a cwt.
