BILL TO PERMIT DISPOSAL

A Bill is being. introduced in the Cortes to entitle the ex-Royal family, excepting ex-King Alfonso, to dispose of their Spanish property, which was prohibited in 1931.
Ex-Queen. Ena's personal effects will be returned to her. •
