CONVENIENT ACCESS

Sir.—lt is difficult to understand the policy of the Kelburn Tramway Company in not providing a gate at the city end of their shed at Kelburn to enable passengers walking through the park to have the most convenient access. It was far better before they made the improvements. Now one is compelled to walk down, around, and up.—l am, etc..
