Since yesterday there has been a slight fall of pressure, especially in the south, the depression over the south-west Tasman Sea having made some progress eastward. In the Auckland Province, though there -has been very little change of pressure, scattered rains have fallen In connection with a slight' disturbance. Elsewhere the weather has been fine practically generally. Winds have ■ been light and variable, with north-easterlies predominating. •
