SLIGHTLY SOUR CREAM

When cream is only slightly sour it can be made delicious to serve with puddings. Put the cream into a basin, add the juice of a lemon and a heaped tablespoonful of sugar, and whip until quite stiff. The quantity will be increased and all traces of sourness removed.
