New Zealand Butter.—94s, firm. New Zealand Cheese.—White, 47s Od; coloured, 475; quiet.

Shareholders in Neon Signs (Asia), Ltd. have decided to! increase the nominal capital of the company from £40,000 to £100,000. The directors propose to issue only 20,000 shares, which will be offered to shareholders at par in the ratio of one share for every two held.
