DAMAGE AT MELBOURNE

MELBOURNE, This Day. A fire, accompanied by a series ot explosions of oil and petrol drums, which sent flames leaping high in the air, destroyed the timber yard of Macpherson and Lawrie at Middle Brighton. The damage to the mill and stacks is estimated at £30,000.
