"WELDING" BONES
"Any broken limbs to weld?" This should bo the business slogan of two German scientists, t( surgeon, and an electrical engineer, who claim that they have succeeded in adapting an electrical welding apparatus to unite, broken bones. The operation is described by the engineer,' ITcrr Ruppin, in the magazine '.'Electro-Warmth," and1 he claims that the time saved by his invention1 is its chief advantage. The welding of the bones," he says, takes only one second to complete.
