SAFETY OF PEDESTRIANS
Shopkeepers. anticipate brisker Christmas shopping this year, but whether they do or whether they do not, Wellington streets, aa they usually do at this time of the year, vttll carry an increased volume of traffic. In the interests of safety, it is the intention of the City Traffic Department to mark out again the pedestrian crossing places.
