The Kaurr Timber f.jSomp&'ny, Ltd., has advised the New ZegTand'^tock Exchange Association that, -subject: vto audit, the directors have decided; to, recommend a dividend at the rate'of-3;per cent, for the year ended August-StrlKJir-This compares with 2 per cent, for the previous year. No dividends were paidjin; 1031! and 1932. From, 1919 to 1926 the anriii'sil irate was 8 per cent. This was reduced:-"to 6 ;?er cent. in 1927 and to 3 per cent, in 1928 and 1929.
