PARIS, August 27. In the Houlgate tournament finals Crawford beat McGrath, 7-5, 6-4, 6-1. Crawford and Mrs. Crawford beat Benault and Mrs. Morel-Del ville, 7-5, 8-6.
Crawford started badly and MeGrath's good volleys and drives kept Crawford in the back court. Crawford soon found his form and won easily.
