Tasting 500 samples of ice cream iv two days was the chilly task of six men at Olympia, London, lately. They were the judges in competitions for the best ice cream sent to the fourth National Dairy and-lee Cream Exhibition. To finish their task by the specified time made it necessary for the judges to sample ice creams at the rate of at least 25 per hour. . . ' . .
