CLOROGENE CASE
Decision was reserved by Mr. E. Page, S.M., ia: the ;Magistrat,e 's. Court in the c^se in which A. Gyles and Son, commercial. printers', sued the members of the New Zealand: Chloriue Chemical Supplies. Syndicate., for £24 7s, for printing work allegedly done for 'the syndicate. The first part of the case was heard some days ago. Mr. C. Evans-Scott appeaved for the plaintiff; Mr. A. B. Sievwright for the defendants, James Bickson Sievwright and John McLachlan; and Mr. -D'.-.'W. Virtuo for Marguerite Helen Millar and William Thomson Ncill. Reginald Charles Boddie and Hilda Mary Boddib,' who 'were also named as defendants, had not been served with a summons, but according to ■ Mr.' EvansScott at the first hearing they did not contest the matter and judgment could be entered against them. : A claim by Gyles and Son against J. p. Sievwright for £7 Os lid for printing and materials allegedly suppliod was decided by Mr. Page in favour of the plaintiffs, whom he awarded £3 15s Bd. Mr. H. F. Bollard appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr. A. Bi. Sievwright for the- defendant. .. . .- . ...
