Reference to the excellent work that is being performed at Flock House was1 made by Colonel A. Covvles, president, and members of tho exccutivo of tho Wellington Returned Soldiers' Association on Wednesday, when it was decidod to continue to support nine boys, sons of soldiers, each year at Flock House for two further years at a cost of £105. Colonel Cowles said that the number of failures was very small indeed. The training received gave a large number | of boys the chance of a good start in" life and of becoming good and inde- ( pendent citizens. ' . :
