PROSPECTOR INJURED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) GEJIYMOUTH, March 1. Robert Fleming;, aged. 62, a prospector, was struck by a large log iv the back country IS miles from Punakaiki. A rescue party took twelve hours from 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon to reach Puriakaiki, where tlie Groymouth ambulance was waiting. The journey through the rugged country was an onerous undertaking for an injured man whose condition was serious.
