SUCCESSFUL EVENING
DRAMATIC ENTERTAINMENT
Three-.amusing plays and'som© good music formed an acceptable entertainment at the Lyceum Club last 'evening. Miss Ahcra was tlio'.producer of the plays, and made iho"gcneraV arraiigements,.receiving" the' cordial thanks of the members of the ..Nurses' Ciub. in Kensington Street,-fpr the benefit, of which the entertainment was held. Thero'was a crowded.audience, and the plays and miisicHvcro received •with enthusiasm, those, taking part including Misses Ahem, Doyle, Lindegaard, Dorothy Gray, Pagan, Smiley, Mesdaines D. Herbert and Cowan; songs were given jby Miss Dillon, Miss Ferris', ■ Miss: M. Bennie, Mrs. D. Herbert; and a recitation by. Miss IC-.-Kcddell. The a'cebm]ia*nists wore jjrs. Estrigg, Miss Mavis Dillon, and Mrs. W. .E: Wilson. Charming posies were presented to MissAhem, and to Mrs. Martin who had generously given: a -donation;.; •": ;• .•;.••"
