CHANGES AT FRANKLIN
(By Telegraph) (Special to the "Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, This Day. An alteration in tho order of races has been made by tho Franklin Bacing Club,, and the Waiuku Hack Handicap will now bb the first event and the Puni Hurdles the third on tho programme. In addition to Master Bricrly's withdrawal at 10.30 a.m. yesterday, Puss Moth lias also been taken.out of the Franklin Cup, and with Psychologist in addition a doubtful, runner, the big event may be contested only by five or six horses.
